According to Bounty.com, Hollywood actress Halle Berry has revealed a glamorous figure just months after giving birth to her first child. People magazine has revealed the secrets of the 41-year-old's post-pregnancy workout with trainer Ramona Braganza.

"Their sessions include three cardio segments - on the elliptical, as well as kickboxing and then a stairs or hill climb - then she also does a strength-training routine that includes abdominal work and leg exercises," the magazine stated.

In addition to working out, Berry reportedly drinks lots of water and eats plenty of vegetables, complex carbohydrates and lean proteins.

Tori Spelling - It's a Girl!

PEOPLE - Tori Spelling and husband Dean McDermott welcomed their second child, a daughter, on Monday, PEOPLE has confirmed.

Stella Doreen McDermott was born at 3:13 p.m. in a Los Angeles hospital via C-section. She weighed 6 lbs., 8 oz. and was 19 3/4 inches long, a rep for Spelling says.

The couple also have a 1-year-old son, Liam Aaron. McDermott, 41, has a son, Jack, 9, from a previous marriage. - Read the rest of this story at People.com

Jessica Alba Welcomes Baby Girl

According to People, Jessica Alba and husband Cash Warren have welcomed a baby girl.

Honor Marie Warren was born June 7 in Los Angeles, her rep, Brad Cafarelli, confirms. This is the couple's first child.

Alba, 27, and Warren, 31, quietly wed on May 19 at the Beverly Hills courthouse. The two met while working on Fantastic Four, for which Warren was the director's assistant. They became engaged last December. - Read more at People.com

LOS ANGELES, June 3 (UPI) -- A spokeswoman for Michelle Monaghan has confirmed to People magazine exclusively that the U.S. actress and her husband are expecting their first baby.

Monaghan, who is best known for her roles in "Made of Honor," "Kiss Kiss Bang Bang" and "Mission: Impossible 3," married graphic designer Peter White in 2005.

"They are very excited," Monaghan's representative Jennifer Allen told People in confirming the actress' pregnancy.

Monaghan is due to deliver the baby in late fall.
